1) How do I get samples from you?
Samples can be sent before the real order per customers' requirement, which are not free charge.
Transport costs are not included in the price. If you can provide us with your effective account of FedEx, DHL, UPS etc, we will deliver the samples to you directly via your account, and freight collect.
Delivery will take approximately 6 working days, and the sample will be sent on the next day of payment received.
We accept payment via telegraphic transfer (T/T),western union money transfer.

2) Could we place order by OEM style to have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
OEM order is welcome. Logo and/or imprints can be printed on our products or the package for the products (custom design package), such as gift box, paper card, different products request different MOQ to process and the additional cost depend on the order quantity. 3) What about your quality and warranty?
We have strict quality control system from material to finished products, all products quality is guaranteed one year.

4) How could I get your price list?
We only send the full price list to the intended and potential customers. Please let us know your interested products, quantity as well as your company / personal info together, then we will offer the full price list by e-mail.

5) What's your unique service?

6) What about your freight charges?
We offer preferential freight price at 15~40% discount based on the uniform price of DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and many airlines in the world. Whether your shipments are ordered from us or not, freight price is subject to your shipment's weight.

7) What about your technical support?
Our technical team are dedicated to solve your any problems of the products that you need.

8) What terms of payment do you use?
We accept payment made by T/T / WU or L/C.
1: 100% T/T in advance if Amount Below USD 20 thousand;
2: 30% T/T in advance , 70% paid before shipment,if the amount is above USD 20 thousand
3: L/C is acceptable if the amount is more than USD40 thousand.
※ By western union, we can get your payment within 24 hours after you make the payment. We suggest you pay by western union in case that needs goods urgently.
After made the payment, please kindly fax or email your bank or western union receipt to us, that will help us proceed your order more effectively.

9) What’s your warranty policy?
In-Warranty Repairs:1 year from the date of shipment as the warranty period. For the defective products, you can send back to us by ordinary poast mail on our cost, and we will renew or maintain them free of charge.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs:Any electronic unit that is out of warranty will be given a three-year repair service. It will be repaired at a cost quoted by us in advance. Buyer pay the both ways shipping cost. This applies only to those units that can be repaired.

10) What about the terms to become your sole distributor in our city or country?
If you can sell our products worth above USD10,000 per month, you can become our sole distributor in your city or area; if you can sell our products worth USD 100,000 or above per month, you can become our sole distributor in your country. We are very glad to establish long term and further cooperation / partnership / agent with you.
